Alondra Navarro
Assistant Director
My name is Alondra Navarro, and I have been working in childcare for the past five years. I began my journey as a teacher and eventually grew into an Assistant role. Working with children has always been a passion of mine. Ever since I was little, I knew that I wanted to become a teacher or have a career where I could work with and make a difference in children’s lives. I feel very grateful to now have the opportunity to do something I’ve always dreamed of. Outside of work, I’m a proud mom to my 7-year-old daughter, who keeps me motivated every day. In my free time, I enjoy going to the gym, spending time with my family, and continuing to grow both personally and professionally. I’m excited for this opportunity and look forward to creating meaningful connections with the children, families, and team around me.

Meet Brittney – Founder & Heart Behind Our Schools Brittney brings over 14 years of experience in licensed childcare facilities—and a lifetime of passion for nurturing children. Raised by amazing parents who fostered over 26 children, Brittney learned early on the power of love, patience, and care. Growing up with 10 siblings in the country, she discovered that play was the foundation of learning. Now a proud mother of 5, Brittney draws inspiration from her childhood, where her parents modeled what it means to be kind, free-spirited, and connected to a natural way of living. Her journey has been one of dedication and heart—and today, she opens her centers as an extension of her passion for education and childcare. Each day, she pours her love and experience into creating a space where children are safe, valued, and encouraged to grow through play and discovery.

Hi! I’m Noelia, and I’m so excited to be joining North Haven Academy as Director! I’ve spent nearly five years working in early childhood education, and I truly love what I do. I’m passionate about creating a safe, loving, and welcoming environment where children can learn, grow, and feel celebrated. I also love building relationships with families and being someone they can trust throughout their child’s early years. After taking some time away to focus on my family, I’m so excited to return to the field I love and begin this new chapter at North Haven Academy. I can’t wait to meet our families and watch our school grow! ❤️
